1 min child pose -Then- 2 Rounds 5 Air Squat 30s bottom of the squat hold

5 Push Up

30sec bottom of push up hold


Workout For time: 20 Burpee 20 ground to overhead 20 Back Step Lunges


Accessory 2 min each Childs pose

Pigeon stretch each leg
