build up to todays 1RM Snatch
and then…
5 x 1 rep @ 90%
Rest as needed
B.
build up to todays 1RM C+J
and then…
5 x 1 rep @ 90%
Rest as needed
C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 75-80% of 1-RM
Do not put a Conditioning for today. tomorrow we will have a Open Workout
Recover and do some mobility work.
