Our senior program is for people over the age of 60.

People over a certain age rarely get suitable offers outside of the club system or conventional fitness training in the center. We have decided to counteract this development and to offer an attractive sport/prevention for seniors.

Things like standing up on your own, participating in physically demanding activities (hiking, walking with family and grandchildren) and staying in social networks are often physically demanding.

The core of the program is maintaining an active lifestyle.

The improvement of the quality of life is also the focus of the training and improved biomarkers such as:

  • Improved bone density

  • Increased muscle mass

  • promote self-confidence

  • Strengthening of the immune system

  • connection to a community

Continuous training combats:

  • high blood pressure

  • Elevated cholesterol level

  • overweight

  • back pain

  • type 2 diabetes

It also promotes a certain degree of independence and self-confidence in one's own body, which is often lost with age. Senior sport is important and can make the difference in old age.

Training every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
