FIRST MEETING WITHOUT TRAINING

At GoStrong, we offer an induction program that adapts to your individual needs and goals. First, you set up a meeting with one of our experienced trainers to discuss your fitness goals and experiences. Then the trainer will guide you through our facilities and help you decide the best way to achieve your goals. Whether you are a beginner or already have fitness experience, we have the right program for you.

UNDERSTAND YOUR GOALS

Discussion of your specific goals and training experience. Together we define how to proceed to achieve your goals.

CREATION OF YOUR PLAN

Based on your goals and training experience, we will create an individual training plan for you between 1 to 6 personal training sessions (1-to-1) to introduce you to group training safely and purposefully.

GET IN

Pursue your goals further in group courses or in

1-on-1 coaching and participate in quarterly goal meetings.
