Child's Pose, 30 secs

Squat Hold, 30 secs

10 Walking Quad Stretches

10 Walking Toe Touches

10 Knee Hug To Walking Lunges

10 Slow Barbell Deadlifts

STRENGTH Deadlift 10-10-10

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. use more weight than last week

FITNESS LEVEL: LIGHT Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

6 Squat Cleans, 55/38 kg

12 Pull-ups

24 Double Unders

COOL DOWN For quality:

Couch Stretch, 2 mins
