Weightlifting

Snatch Pull - 5 x 3 @ 105% of Power Snatch 1RM


Conditioning

3 x 3 Minute AMRAPS // 3 Mins Rest - 4 Box Clears @ 60/50cm - 4 Double KB Thrusters @ 24/16kg - 4 Push Ups on flat Kettlebells


The box clear is a jump straight over the box without feet touching the box. To scale this, reduce the height of the box, a stack of weights can be used if needed.

Cool Down

- 2 Minutes Couch Stretch each leg
