WARM UP Burgener Clean Warm Up 1-1-1
STRENGTH As many reps as possible in 12 mins of: Squat Clean + 3 Front Squat + Split Jerk, 70% 1RM
ACCESSORY Every 1 min for 9 mins, alternating between:
4 Alternating Arm Tgus, pick load
15 Hollow Rocks
8 Kettlebell Windmills
COOL DOWN For quality:
Couch Stretch, L 2 mins/R 2 mins
