B: Floating Clean (2" Off Floor) 1-1-1-1-1-1, using heaviest weight per set Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1, using heaviest weight per set Floating clean: -> pause 2" 5cm of floor Start @ 80% of Squat Clean

C: Touch And Go Snatch Deadlift 4x6 at 115% 1RM Rest as needed between sets.
