20 min AMRAP:

Start at 7 reps of each exercise, once completed, move to 8, then 9, etc.

Forward jump over KB

KB goblet squat

KB Russian twist (Each time the KB crosses your body counts as 1 rep)

weight: 24/16


KB Single Leg RDL 5×10

-Superset with–

KB bent over row 5×10.

*Rest 1 min between sets


KB overhead press 5×10

-Superset with-

Front rack walking lunge 5×10, each leg
