Warm Up 5 Minute running –Then– 3×10m each high knees butt kicks, sprints Worm Walk to Push up
Workout For 20 min 1 Sandbag Ground to Overhead + 1 Burpee, then 2 + 2, then 3 +3, etc until time is up!
Accessory 3 Rounds: 25 Sit ups 25 Russian twists 15 Standing Tricep Extentions *Rest 1 min between rounds
