2. Back Sauat

5x3 @ 90% of 1.

3. Conditioning

40 BJ,

40 TTB,

30 CTB,

30 Burpees,

20 Cleans (65/45kg),

20 Jerks (65/45kg),

10 Snatches (65/45kg),

10 Ring MU

4. Gymastics Condiitioning

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:

Strict C2B Pull ups,

Strict Ring Dips,
