Substitutions


Pull-up –

-8 Bent over rows

dumbbells/kettlebells/barbell

- 16 Bag bent over row


Row Calories –

-20 Sumo deadlift high pull with an empty barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell or a Bag 💼


Cool Down

Accumulate 2 min hanging from a pull-up bar or perform the child’s pose for 2 min.
