- 1000 Sandbag step ups
(500 per leg, alternating legs for time. )
Use a 50cm Bench, box, chair or step. Feeling stout? Use a 60cm box. Scale down to a 40cm box if needed.
*Hold the Sandbag/Bag/KB/DB or anything else any way you want (Zercher, bear hug, shoulder, front rack, etc).
*Change placement throughout the workout as you see fit.
*Scale to 500 step-up’s if needed
