if you do not have the opportunity to train 2 sessions per day, you can also put together your own session.

Session 1

1. Run

40 mins run at 60-70 % of MHR


SESSION 2:

1. Metcon

5 Rounds:

9 Pull-Ups

15 Push Ups

21 Walking Lunges

50 DUs

*all with a 20/14 vest.


2. Accessory

2 rounds not for time:

15 DB Skull Crushers

15 DB JM Presses

15 DB Close Grip Bench Presses
