1. Clean and Jerk

EMOM 10 Min:

1 Squat Clean and Split Jerk, increase weight every Min


2. Gymnastics

8x 1-4 Unbroken Ring Muscle-ups or Progression with bands


3. Conditioning

30 Calorie Row

30 Box Jump Overs 60/50cm

30 Power Snatches 40/30kg

30 OH Step Back Lunges 40/30kg

30 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls 40/30kg

30 Box Jump Overs 60/50cm

30 Calorie Row
