3 sets x 4000m Ski

250m @ 9/10 RPE

250m @ 8/10 RPE

250m @ 7/10 RPE

250m @ 6/10 RPE

+ repeat x3

(5min Rest between sets)


2.

Every 90s x 8 Sets

2 Rope Climbs as fast as possible

Power Snatch

65% x 3

70% x 3-3

75% x 2


4.

Power Clean + Power Jerk

65% x 3

70% x 3-3

75% x 2


5.

Snatch High Pull

75% x 3

80% x 3-3


6.

20 minutes @ 75%

25 Russian KB Swing @ 24/16kg
