3x8 Front Squats @65-70%

3x8 Bench Press @@65-70%


2. Conditioning I

Every 2 Min for 5 Rounds (10mins)

3 Muslce ups

5 Deadlift, 140/100kg

7 Strict HSPU


3. Skill Accessory

3 rounds for Quality

50 Double unders

20m HS Walk or 5 Wall Walk
