if you do not have the opportunity to train 2 sessions per day, you can also put together your own session.

 

1. Conditioning

5 Rounds for time:

5 Clusters, 60/40kg

10 C2B Pull Ups


2. Strength Work

6 x 3 Back Squat @80-85%

5 x 4 Bench Press, @80-85%

4 x 8 Push Press, @70%

3 x Max strict ring dips

3 x Max strict Pull Ups

*1-3 min rest between sets
