1. Clean

5×5 Power clean

all with the heaviest weight for all sets


2. Conditioning

4 Rounds:

15 Box Jumps

10 Bench Press, 100/70kg or 80% of 1RM

400m Run


3. Accessory

3 rounds

30 GHD Sit Ups

30 Hip Extension

10 DB Front Raise

10 DB Side Raise
