1. Strength

5x2 reps Sumo Deadlift, each round as heavy as pos

rest as needed between sets


2. Conditioning

3 Rounds:

500 Meter Row

21 Burpees over Rower

15 Toes to bar


3. Accessory

3x10 Romanian Deadlift

3x10 Bulgarian Split Squat (each leg)

3x20 Weighted Sit up - feet anchored with dumbbells across
